Amplifying Leadership Through Emotional Intelligence Virtual Training

This interactive training explores how emotional intelligence can elevate leadership effectiveness in workforce settings. Participants will gain practical strategies to strengthen self-awareness, manage emotional responses, and improve interpersonal communication. The session also focuses on applying emotional intelligence to real-world scenarios, including supporting adult learners, handling difficult conversations, and creating inclusive, supportive environments.

After attending this training, you will be able to:

  • Describe personal and social competence and how they contribute to emotional intelligence

  • Practice identifying emotions, needs, and action steps to enhance connection

  • Explain how emotional intelligence impacts feedback conversations

  • Describe the role that emotional intelligence plays in effective change leadership.
