This training is exclusively for SNAP and/or TANF Employment & Training providers in Illinois.

This Community of Practice is grounded in the idea of care collective — recognizing that providers do their best work when they are supported, connected, and able to learn from one another. The session will focus on practical tools, workforce system resources, and shared strategies that support both providers and clients. Participants will engage in guided discussion, resource sharing, and reflection to strengthen daily practice and collective problem-solving during a time of ongoing change.

After this convening, you will:

• Identify workforce system tools and resources available to providers and clients

• Identify practical tools to support client engagement and career planning

• Navigate resource guides providers may not be utilizing to assist in meeting client goals
