Whether you’re just getting started or looking to sharpen your approach, Workforce Development 101 is designed to meet you where you are. This 6-hour course is designed to provide a clear, practical foundation in how the workforce development ecosystem actually works, and how professionals can navigate it more effectively in their day-to-day work.
Participants will explore how services are delivered, where equity shows up in practice, and how to better support both job seekers and employers.
