In this session, you'll learn to navigate ISETS for job retention, including how to enter job placement information, retention services, and monthly reports. You'll also discover where to find further assistance and resources when needed.

After this training, you will be able to:

• Support customers by learning to navigate ISETS during job retention

• Practice entering job placement information, retention services and monthly reporting

• Know where to go if you have questions and need more assistance

• Questions on ISETS, Part 1, 2 or 3
