Designing with Dignity: Crafting Workforce Solutions in a Changing World Using Evidence-Based Practices

In a time when equity work is under intense scrutiny and workforce development organizations are facing new challenges, how do we build programs that truly serve ALL job seekers?

This session is for those ready to lead with intention by designing workforce services that are rooted in equity, empathy, and designed around evidence-based research. Whether you are leading programs, training staff, or shaping policy, this training will set you up for success!

After attending this training, you will be able to:

  • Understand the vision of anti-racist program design as outlined by the Anti-Racist Framework

  • Reflect on current program design practices

  • Clearly define “Evidence-Based”

  • Recognize an Evidence-Based Program Model

  • Use components to design a responsive, anti-racist, equitable evidence-based program

Join us for 90-minutes in a training grounded in the CJC Anti-Racist Framework and focused on evidence-based programming solutions for impactful programs. Participants will reflect, learn, and use the tools to design equitable programs.
