Conflict Resolution: Creating & Sustaining Inclusive Workplaces

Strong workplace relationships are built through communication, empathy, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with care. This interactive workshop will explore practical conflict resolution strategies that help foster more inclusive, respectful, and collaborative workplace environments. Through guided discussion and real-world scenarios, attendees will leave with tools to address conflict constructively and contribute to healthier workplace culture.

After attending this training, participants will be able to:

  • Expand their emotional vocabulary to better identify and communicate feelings in workplace interactions.

  • Practice listening to understand through active listening and perspective-taking exercises

  • Build confidence in giving and receiving feedback about the impact of behaviors or comments in a constructive and inclusive way.
