This introduction to Career Coaching course focuses on basic skills and tools to engage participants in coaching.

After attending this training, you will be able to: 

• Recognize and build on job seeker strengths

• Build a collaborative, accountable partnership with job seekers

• Use tools to support your job seekers in setting and achieving their goals

• Incorporate motivational interviewing, active listening, and powerful questions into your job seeker meetings
