Bio

Yezenia Sandoval is a non-profit professional and community advocate with a strong background in education, workforce development, and youth programming. She brings extensive experience leading curriculum design, program operations, and cross-regional initiatives.

Throughout her career, Yezenia has demonstrated a commitment to expanding equitable access to career pathways for young people, particularly within Chicago Public Schools. She has successfully managed large-scale programs, coached teams, and built partnerships with nonprofit and corporate stakeholders to create meaningful professional experiences for youth.

She is an alumna of various leadership programs, such as New Leaders Council and Mujeres de HACE, as well as the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, where she earned both her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science & History and her Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership & Policy.
