Rachel Austin-DeBruin

Bio

Rachel started at Chicago Jobs Council in 2025 as Development Manager. In this role, she meets foundations who advocate for workforce development and equity, writes grants, and submits reports. Rachel has spent her whole career in nonprofits, in various fields. She brings empathic communication, relationship building, and mission-driven experience to this role.
