Bio
Kyra Young moved to Chicago about four years ago and is taking charge of her career development. Kyra is determined to make her professional journey help others through her non-profit work by joining the CJC team. Currently, she is the Operations Coordinator at the Chicago Jobs Council. In this role, she assists the director of operations with HR tasks and organization-wide administrative needs.
With this position, she hopes to continue serving the community's needs while ensuring everyone's voice is heard. Beyond her professional endeavors, Kyra finds passion and joy as an actor at Otherworld Theatre Company. She finds her calling in creating worlds for others to escape to and inspiring those around her to discover their sparkle.
