Chris Warland joined CJC as Director of Policy and Advocacy in August 2025. In this role, Chris leads the policy team and oversees CJC’s policy agenda, advancing policy and systems change to ensure that quality employment is accessible to everyone. Chris brings over 20 years of experience in the workforce development field as an advocate, grantmaker, trainer, consultant, and thought leader on programmatic, systems, and policy solutions to chronic unemployment and poverty.
