IDHS - Making Metrics Matter: Using Data to Improve Your Programming | Virtual Training

At a time when resources are tight, funders are increasingly focused on the “results” your program produces. Surveys  are an easy and important way to gauge our program’s effectiveness and yet, we rarely think to regularly collect feedback from our key customers—job seekers and employers. Through this two-part interactive training, learn how to  design and implement effective evaluations, and to utilize the results as a useful resource for improving services to  jobseekers and employers.

After this training, you will be able to:

  • Connect your program data and mission to better understand and improve program impact

  • Define program milestones to assess progress throughout the year

  • Learn to use data to explore hunches and improve results
